Refund Policy

We have decided to implement a refund policy for all of the Kettle Moraine Endurance Runs. Below you will find a sliding schedule outlining the refund dates and amounts.

Up until April 15th                                      100%

Between April 15th and May 1st                   50%

After May 1st                                              sorry no refunds accepted

We can not accept any requests for refunds after the 1st of May.  We are offering this refund policy to encourage runners to come back to the race after missing a year due to an injury.  We understand an ultra event can be quite challenging both physically and economically, and wish to make it easy for runners to come to our event.  The abuse of this policy may make it impossible to continue doing it in future years as there are numerous expenses we incur regardless of the number of entrants.  By May 1st most of our expenses are committed to.
